What are we looking for?

Awesome Happy Sales/Consultants with Social Media experience is a plus! Ideally, Herbalists/naturalists that are grounded and good with owning the space as your own, able to sell and partner people with quality products all while collaborating with a multi-business owner. Open and HONEST communication is key here. No “good cop” “bad cop” behind the back stuff is tolerated here. Someone that wants to grow the organization would be ideal. We love designers/creatives that REALLY want to help people with natural options and willing to put the time in to learn during slow times in the day. Spending time helping people is one of the most rewarding things we can do! At the EC Herbal Shop, we love to serve, help people learn about natural solutions and provide those with CLEAN, Organic Options.

Also…If you/they aren’t completely strapped for money and you want a side gig or even a full time one that is truly meaningful then this might just be the place for you/them!

You must be able to learn, share the knowledge and partner people with the right options based off of their ailments and concerns. It a relaxing environment that is thoughtful, helpful, and kind, that can take directive without hits to the ego.

We are not looking for: too busy, too much “stuff” at home that you can’t be reliable, no drama llamas, and definitely not the lazy looking to collect a paycheck doing nothing all day. We are a small business looking for reliable, honest, trustworthy with mindfulness and abundance in their vocabulary!
